Conclusions. As a result of the I meeting in Helsinki, many new insights on SDGs from the gender equality perspective were suggested and elaborated during the two-day discussions, which involved experts from the Nordic Baltic region, NGOs representatives, youth, and high-school youth from diverse backgrounds.
The results of the first experts and youth meeting are the following: the central content is created, materials are gathered in order to create the SDGs educational toolkit; experts and young people pro-actively exchanged their opinions and conducted contributions for toolkit, webpage and further workshops sessions. The best methodologies were selected, and necessary comments were made regarding what works better in terms of educating young people on the UN SDGs and Agenda 2030 themes and main concerns.
